The 2021 GMC Canyon is one of the hottest things that will happen in the mid-size pickup truck segment. This astonishing model will arrive later in 2020 and it will offer plenty of upscale features. From the inside, the mid-size pickup will remain comfortable and practical. The 2021 GMC Canyon offers plenty of modern features and the interior room is generous. Whatsoever, interior room is one of the strongest points of this pickup and most of the competition can’t come close to Canyon.
The seats are comfy and wide, legroom is great and leather seats are optional. Leather seats are also coming with the red contrast stitching. However, the base model will continue to offer a standard cloth upholstery. The infotainment system updates and it adds the same 8-inch touchscreen as before. The 2021 GMC Canyon will offer latest phone integrations as well and that includes Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

There will be three powertrain choices as on the current model. That means the 2021 GMC Canyon offers a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine as standard. This gasoline unit can generate up to 200 horsepower and 191 lb-ft of torque. The optional and more recommendable engine is the 3.6-liter V6. This popular powertrain is producing up to 310 horses and 275 lb-ft of torque. It also adds a new Active Tow system. The third option is a 2.8-liter turbodiesel that offers class-leading tow figures. It can tow up to 7,700 pounds and it returns 181 hp and 370 lb-ft of twists.
2021 GMC Canyon Price and Release Date
The price of the 2021 GMC Canyon will stay intact. It means the mid-size pickup will be priced at $23,000. Loading more optional features or appearance packages could make you pay up to $40,000. The famous Denali trim will be available too and it will cost up to $50,000. The 2021 Canyon will hit the dealerships in the last quarter of 2020.
